let go! let in

A new year is upon us and we are anxious to see what’s to come. We make our lists on what we want to create in the new year from better health, more love and work that lights us up inside. I am a big believer in visioning what’s to come to set the stage, yet I often forget about the letting go of the old to allow the new in. It’s easy to let go of things that don’t bring you joy, but what about the things that are comfortable yet not ‘quite it’? Let go! Surrender yourself to magical possibilities of living the life of your dreams and trust the process. Moving forward, I invite you to: Dream big and then bigger all the while LOVING this current moment as it’s gratitude and appreciation that catapult you further to where you want to go. Be open to how your life unfolds as often it's better than we could have imagined if we let go of how WE think it should look. Mostly, my wish is for you to enjoy the excitement of the new year, the new possibilities while remembering each day, in each moment you have the opportunity to let go and let more LOVE, health, purpose, passion and abundance in. Until next time, hold on to LOVE and let go of fear.

Affirmation:

I let go of what no longer serves my highest good.

Words to LOVE by:

“Anything I cannot transform into something marvelous, I let go.” ~ Anais Nin “Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.” ~ Dalai Lama “Let go of your attachment to being right, and suddenly your mind is more open.” ~ Ralph Marston “When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. When I let go of what I have, I receive what I need.” ~ Tao Te Ching
